Tried and turned out well. Can you please share the sweet and sour vegetable recipe too which you mentioned at the end? I love this fried rice without soya sauce, vinegar or ajinomotto. Feels natural and light

We can use it for salads, porial , soups and anywhere as replacement of black pepper. It is less pungent

Why are u using ajinomoto when there are reports not to use it?
It is not so dangerous like how they project in India. It is used widely all over the world as taste enhancer. I told to use very less to get that taste. I visited Japan and saw the company also.
